We are aware that, unfortunately, some of you are experiencing a delay in receiving your merchandise, and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Following further and continued investigations we have today discovered a stock system error.
We are working hard to get your products out to you as soon as we can.
REFUNDS FOR DELAYED ORDERS: If you have been waiting for more than:
(i) 5 days and live in the UK, or
(ii) 10 days and live outside the UK,
and would like to cancel your order in respect of any products not received, then we will be happy to arrange that and give you a refund for those products.
